Digitalisation is a topic that we have been dealing with intensively for many years already and apply for our customers like no other.
An internally developed CRM database serves as the central, secure storage space for our network. In addition, this "FAP-Brain” pools the wealth of experience from 18 years of successful real estate consulting and will be used as a tool for the entire sourcing, underwriting and back office process, including analysis of projects’ financial feasibility. Advanced technologies like these make us a digital pioneer in our sector – a process that we are continuously driving forward. With the aim of mapping the entire value chain digitally and offering you even more efficiency, speed and transparency.

FAP has been successfully connecting real estate with capital since back in 2005. Over the past 18 years, FAP has thus evolved into one of Germany’s leading real estate debt platforms. Steadily increasing finance and investment advice with a track record comprising a transaction volume of over €17 billion represents a milestone in our success story.
Alongside the company founder Curth-C. Flatow, Hanno Kowalski also acts as a managing partner. Backed by a dedicated team, they both use their expertise and their sense for new opportunities to take advantage of all opportunities on the real estate market profitably for the customers in the future, too.
