FAP’s mezzanine debt fund exceeds €200m mark following major individual investor commitment

FAP Group has recorded the largest individual investor commitment so far for the FAP Balanced Real Estate Financing I Fund. With the €50m euro contribution by a German insurer, the equity volume of the mezzanine debt fund rose to over €200m.
